Doing some research on this, it looks like someone with a similar motherboard as me (ASUS p6t deluxe [I have version 1, he has 2]) had freezing problems as well. But, I do want to note now that I've looked at this again, is that there doesn't seem to be any crash reports after 6/26/13, despite having many crashes since then. It couldn't be memory (memtest, should BSOD). Is hardware acceleration set to full? if it were my computer, the only other thing I could think of, and probably what would be my next stop is running a stress test, like with Prime95, but for The system returned: (22) Invalid argument The remote host or network may be down. When I look at the bios, it is reading the memory in slots a1 and b1, but not a2 and b2, but it does not matter what sticks I have in Computer Freezes No Event Log It seems that everytime I update a driver, or drastically change a setting, it appears fixed for a few days before it starts this again. That way the errors (if any) will be near the end of the report. Homepage I see thread is old and op has likely abandoned the issue but perhaps my two cents will help in some way.

Note for the SFC check, I have seen Windows request your Windows OS disk to complete the process, so I would start with the chkdsk.
