I have been on the live chat then asked to go to symantic.com/removal but then find page not found. I ran the removal tool which said it had been removed but on rescanning with Norton the Trojan was still there, so upon instruction I removed Norton and scanned with AVG, Finding the solution here helped me to keep my sanity. Woke up to my daily morning scan.
