This is due to Shadow Copy keeping track of some movements of big files performed by the defragmenters/optimizers; when the total disk space used by shadow copies would exceed a specified I've used PerfectDisk and it an excellent piece of software. In Auslogics Disk Defrag you can select this option in Settings - Program Settings - Algorithms.
