That's pretty damn often. It may say 25% or 30% cpu usage but it could be a false reading. If I have Windows Media Player running, if I move the mouse to rewind or fast foward the program, WMP spikes in my taskmanager. When I'm not moving the mouse my CPU usage stay from 0-2% but as soon as I move the mouse pointer, even though just a bit, it shoots up to 30%!!!!
