Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Singex Exhibitions Pte Ltd must receive a written cancellation notice no later than 31st July 2003 to issue a refund less 20% cancellation fee. No refund will be made for cancellation after this date or "no-show" attendees.

Substitution (within the same company) is allowed with the written permission of the original attendee. Substitution notice must reach Singex Exhibitions Pte Ltd by 31st July 2003.

Singex Exhibitions Pte Ltd will not accept liability for any changes to the Conference programme. No cancellations based on programme changes will be considered.
